Associate Degree / Diploma Degree (D1 - D3)
Handle inbound call and outbound call
Handle and resolve customer complaints (email/social media)
Daily reporting productivity
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English (Good Spoken)
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Phone skills, Listening skills, Problem Solving
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Discipline, Self-Motivated, Self-Confident, Capable to work under pressure
