Description
  • Handle inbound call and outbound call
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints (email/social media)
  • Daily reporting productivity
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Requirements

 

  • Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English (Good Spoken)
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Phone skills, Listening skills, Problem Solving
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Discipline, Self-Motivated, Self-Confident, Capable to work under pressure
