Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments for CEO Group
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation; even organising events and conferences if needed
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Collating and filing expenses
Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO Group, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any majors, especially Economics or Management; or Diploma Degree (D3) from Secretarial School.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both writing and speaking.
Able to use Ms. Words, Ms. Excel, and Ms. PowerPoint.
Highly creative in creating presentations.
High adaptability and flexibility, able to work in fast-changing environment.
