CekAja product team is looking for a highly customer-centric and motivated individual to lead our product operation team in managing & optimizing our marketplace product in Indonesia market. You will have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day work of team that ensure Cekaja is providing the best customer experience possible when it comes to how our customers interact with our financial products. Ideal candidates will have a passion for continuously raising the bar and challenging the status quo.
Main Responsibilities, but not limited to
- Lead team of 4-5 people to support company to achieve business goals. Defining teams goals and key performance metrics, and link it to company’s goals
- Setup & maintain C88 systems for Indonesia market needs
- Ensuring good customer journey. Understand local customers needs, develop clear plan that help increase our platform efficiency and increased conversion
- Support the business & our partners with right technology solutions. Able to understand their requirements, analyze and counter-propose with better technology & process
- Improve business processes, including driving automation, and increasing overall team efficiencies
- Find & propose new opportunity for improvement.
- Drive analysis and insights to identify existing gaps and propose next steps
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to leadership both verbally and in writing.
- Create regular and timely program update, define and track performance metrics, and drive operational excellence.
- Excel in a working culture where accountability, transparency, and collaboration are the norm and where rapid deep dives into data and financial performance is a standard operating practice.
- Manage work by the team, deliver high quality results within planned timeline.
